MYFutureJobs are currently assisting a reputable company in the manufacturing and distribution sector to source a skilled Business Process Owner (BPO) — ERP APAC based in Johor Bahru .

This is a senior individual contributor role within the Distribution department, reporting to a Manager / Senior Manager. The BPO owns end-to-end business process performance within the company's ERP ecosystem, acting as the bridge between strategic direction and day-to-day system operations across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, document, and govern the scope and objectives of assigned end-to-end business processes within the ERP environment
