Job Description
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to carry out business process re-engineering initiatives
- Run workshops and one-on-one sessions with process owners and end-users to gain a comprehensive understanding of existing workflows
- Pinpoint inefficiencies, duplications, and bottlenecks, then recommend streamlined future-state processes
- Capture re-engineered processes in clear documentation and coordinate with relevant stakeholders so solutions are delivered to specification
- Contribute to change management by producing training assets such as user guides, quick reference materials, and e-learning content, and running training sessions tailored to various user groups
