Our Client, a Global Financial company, is looking for a Business Process Analyst I for their Detroit, MI/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Provide high-quality customer experience by delivering professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer and vendor escalations

+ Ensure all vendor support activities are completed accurately and on time.

+ Process invoices, incentives, and rebates in a timely and accurate manner.

+ Support the implementation of new operational processes and enhancements to existing processes by applying operational and vendor monitoring expertise.

+ Identify potential risks and issues and escalate them clearly and promptly to leadership.Ensure all desk policies and procedures are current, accurate, and properly maintained.

+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
