Business Planning Manager – Job DescriptionPosition OverviewThe Business Planning Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning and execution across a complex, multi-site manufacturing supply chain. This role integrates supply planning, and operational execution to ensure alignment with business objectives, including customer satisfaction, revenue targets, production efficiency, and inventory optimization.The position serves as a primary interface between internal stakeholders and external partners, including wafer foundries, component suppliers, subcontract assembly and test providers, and logistics/warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Business & Supply Planning

Lead planning team for assigned product families (including multi-die and complex configurations) across the full product lifecycle

Translate demand signals into executable supply plans balancing capacity, cost, and service levels
