Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner is responsible for performing key functions within the Human Resources portfolio by providing advanced knowledge as a strategic partner and acting as the main point of contact for HR services for operational leaders within the assigned service area. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support these leaders in achieving their business goals by providing key HR services including employment, employee wellness and accommodation, performance, and labor relations, and ensuring HR is a key partner in strategy formulation and implementation.
