Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering – Serves as HR Business Partner for the Plant. Working closely with Operation teams to deliver customized, forward-looking solutions, programs and policies addressing on-demand and future requirement of the teams.

  • Talent Resourcing & Management - Develop strategies to attract, drive and retain potential in the organization. Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities and support talent review strategies and processes.

  • Fully managing the career development activities, career framework of organization, sustaining organization capability and organization development. Work with business leaders on curating functional competencies and capabilities development.
