Role: Commercial Operations & PMO Support

CTC: Up to 26 LPA

This role exists to support the operational and commercial administration of the Account ePMO. It is a structured, execution-focused role with a defined and fixed scope. The purpose is to ensure invoicing, commercial tracking, and PMO administration activities are performed accurately, on time, and in accordance with agreed processes. This role does not define strategy, manage client relationships, or make commercial decisions.

1. Invoicing & Commercial Administration

- Prepare monthly invoice data packs including timesheet reconciliation, resource listing, and rate validation for review and approval by the ePMO Lead prior to submission

- Maintain the purchase order (PO) register — tracking PO values, consumption, expiry dates, and flagging renewal requirements to the ePMO Lead no later than 30 days before expiry
