Role Overview

The Lead of Marketplace Strategy is responsible for shaping and driving the end-to-end marketplace strategy for Jordan Brand across both wholesale and Direct channels. This role sits at the intersection of product, consumer, and distribution-defining how and where the brand shows up to maximize growth, elevate brand distinction, and create a seamless, differentiated consumer experience globally.

This leader will translate brand vision into actionable marketplace strategies, establish clear roles for each channel, and drive alignment across global and geo teams to ensure disciplined,
consistent execution.
