This role is based in Wolverhampton and will provide high-level, confidential and proactive support to the relevant Chief Officer or Chief Officers. The role will help ensure priorities are well coordinated, decisions are supported, actions are followed through and colleagues, stakeholders and visitors experience a professional, organised and welcoming environment.

The postholder will work closely with Chief Officers, Heads of Function, the Chief of Staff, Governance and colleagues across the business. This is a varied role that goes beyond diary management. It is about helping senior leaders stay focused, helping functional priorities move smoothly, improving information flow and making sure the practical day-to-day experience works well for everyone.
