Job Description
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><br />
Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales and renewal targets.<br />
Develop new business in universities, engineering colleges, research institutions, and government organizations.<br />
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closure.<br />
Build strong relationships with librarians, faculty, researchers, and procurement stakeholders.<br />
Execute account plans to grow wallet share and identify upsell opportunities.<br />
Conduct product demos, workshops, and awareness programs to increase adoption and usage.<br />
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM hygiene.<br />
