Job Description

18-Month Internship Programme (EY South Africa & FASSET) — Job Specification

EY South Africa, in conjunction with FASSET, is recruiting interns for an 18-month internship programme that provides structured, practical workplace experience for TVET N6 graduates in the following discipline:

  • Business Management

    • The programme supports the Work-Based Experience (WBE) component required for completion of the National N-Diploma. Interns will gain hands-on exposure in a professional environment, contribute to meaningful project work, and receive support through structured onboarding, coaching, mentoring, and monthly check-ins aligned to internship best practice.

    Key Objectives

  • Provide practical workplace experience aligned to each intern’s field of study.
