We’re looking for a skilled BI Development Manager to build and lead a centralised data and reporting platform within a fast-paced BPO environment.

This role is key to driving data‑led decision‑making, improving operational performance, and delivering actionable insights across multiple campaigns and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement a central BI data warehouse & reporting platform
• Drive automation of reporting, dashboards, and data flows
• Develop operational & client reports (SLA, AHT, CSAT, productivity, adherence)
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and standardisation
• Partner with Ops & Clients to translate data into business insights
• Lead BI innovation and implement modern tools & best practices
• Manage and develop a team of BI Developers / Analysts
