Responsibilities

• Manage a central team for audience management, data analysis and insights generation processes. Responsible for leading a team of analysts, developing audience architecture and strategies through pulling actionable insights from integrating multiple data sources, and providing valuable recommendations to drive business growth.
• The BI Lead works closely with stakeholders across clients, areas, disciplines, and agencies to understand business needs and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.
• Must stay updated on audience management, industry trends, syndicated and proprietary solutions, and best practices to ensure BI strategies remain innovative and effective.

Optimal skills for Audience Strategy & Management

• Own the end-to-end strategic audience framework, design segmentation architectures, experience on addressable audiences, and set standards for audience measurement.
