Oxigent Technologies i s looking for a Business Insight Analyst to optimize the performance of the company’s e-commerce focused on analyzing the customer behavior.

What will be your main functions?

• Analyze end-to-end online user journeys to identify friction points, drop-offs and opportunities to improve conversion and user experience
• Conduct UX, navigation and funnel analysis using GA4 and BigQuery to understand user behavior
• Partner with cross-functional squads to translate insights into concrete improvements on digital products
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve UX, conversion and overall business performance based on data analysis
