Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of case/matter‑related duties requiring specialized knowledge and skills in employment‑based immigration matters.
• See each case through from initiation to completion, ensuring accurate, complete, and technically correct applications.
• Advise clients on Philippines immigration regulations, procedures, requirements, and policies.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with clients’ main contacts, keeping them fully informed on case progress.
• Review instructions for new cases, identify key issues that may impact start dates and visa requirements, and advise clients and assignees accordingly.
