1. Business Strategy & Expansion

• Identify growth opportunities in mental health services, corporate wellness, and clinical
offerings across geographies and service lines.
• Define and execute short-term and long-term business strategies for both B2B and B2C
segments and build strategic alliances with hospitals, clinics, NGO’s and other digital platforms.
• Work closely with leadership to align business goals with the organization’s mission and vision

2. Business Development (B2B & B2C)

• Build and scale corporate partnerships and drive enterprise sales for mental health programs,
employee wellness solutions and corporate and institutional tie-up
• Optimize customer acquisition channels, retention strategies and overall user experience
• Collaborate with marketing teams to build brand awareness and drive engagement across
platforms
