<p><strong>Job Description Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>As a member of a sales team, the acquisition specialist is responsible for closing net-new business within a defined geographic territory (major and metro markets). Responsible for developing value propositions and customized pricing and closing business by positioning solutions to meet the customerโs needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Closes new business opportunities by conducting background research on potential customers, discussing the customerโs supply chain with decision makers and other appropriate customer representatives, analyzing customer needs, and developing and implementing value propositions and customized pricing.</li><li>Maintains regular and consistent communication with managers and sales representatives and peers within the Sales organization, related to joint sales call opportunitie...
