The mission of a Business Development Representative is to build a pipeline by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.Β
As a crucial part of the early stage of the sales cycle, the Business Development Representative is the intermediary between marketing and sales and owns the first point of contact with a potential customer.
You are responsible for:Β
Evaluating, creating, and managing new sales opportunities
Conducting discovery calls, facilitating demonstrations, qualifying Ideal Customer Profile, and growing an opportunity before transitioning the opportunity to sales through the final deal stages.Β
