BBB  Heart of Texas Business Development Representative – Inside Sales FLSA Status:

• Non-Exempt Reports to: Sales Managers       Location: 99% Remote Compensation/Uncapped commissions – Earn between $45,000 - $100,000+ annually, plus 10% 2 nd and 3 rd year commission, as well as 5% annuity commission.  Tiered bi-weekly commission rates that grow as your production increases .

Note:

• This is a remote sales position for candidates who reside in Texas, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Maine, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Mississippi ; however, all assigned sales territories, client accounts, and business development activities will remain exclusively within Texas.
