Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to Hotels “Hospitality” owners and decision-makers across Australia.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying pain points, current solutions, and readiness to explore digital automation or operational improvements.
  • Maintain consistent daily activity targets (calls, conversations, booked meetings).
  • Use structured discovery questions to understand business needs and position the right solutions.

    • 2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

  • Research and identify restaurant leads using multiple channels (databases, social platforms, industry lists).
  • Validate the accuracy of lead information and keep all data updated in the CRM.
  • Prioritize leads based on potential value and readiness to engage.
