The BDO is responsible for identifying the best locations for the company to introduce and market its key business lines.
Key Result Areas
- The BDO will review the demographics of several locations or regions as mandated by management.
- The BDO studies each region for the existence and performance of competitors in each product line.
- The BDO analyzes the potential of developing a wide network of sales force.
- The BDO analyzes the behavior of the market when it comes to each memorial product business.
- Upon satisfying the first four requirements, search for a suitable land or business acquisition or form joint ventures.
