**We are seeking a Business Development Manager. This new Senior Professional role is being created to support the Voltage Regulator business's strategic objective of extending customer reach within North America. The position will operate within the Offer Management team to increase direct customer engagement and deepen the understanding of market needs. To achieve this, the role is structured around two primary areas: Strategic Customer & Market Development and Sales & Relationship Management. These functions are designed to systematically identify new growth opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and establish strong, long-term customer partnerships. Given the focus on technical sales and strategic growth, the ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge in business development, preferably with experience in the energy or electrical equipment sector.
