Key Responsibilities

Source, outreach and close partnerships with top crypto projects and KOLs across South America. Evaluate target projects on value proposition, team strength, commercial traction and market competitiveness. Develop customized cooperation plans including incentive programs, marketing & technical support, and cross-ecosystem resource matching. Monitor partnership performance metrics, optimize campaign effectiveness and collect partner/community feedback. Independently drive strategic BD projects and ad hoc initiatives to achieve business goals.
