Job Description
What You Do
- Proactively engage SME owners to understand their financing needs and offer holistic/tailored loan products.
- Understand the business life cycle of small businesses to help them expand their reach and provide prudent financial solutions that best fit the business’ growth plans and financial goals.
- Demonstrate good credit acumen with the ability to mitigate financing risks to ensure robustness of our credit portfolio.
- Strong cross‑team collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to nurture and grow new business and partnership opportunities.
- SME owners: directly connect to understand their financing requirements & offer tailored solutions.
- Internal stakeholders: collaborate to ensure the proposed loan offering & application process is sound and efficient.
