Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients through multiple channels and grow revenue for our commercial system software and workforce solutions. Lead client discovery sessions to understand business needs, operational challenges, and workforce requirements. Effectively communicate the company's value proposition through proposals, presentations, product demos, and negotiations. Manage and respond to tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, providing commercial and technical input throughout the bid process. Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and solution offerings. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and market insights. Gather and document technical and business requirements, working closely with theproduct and development teams to design cost-effective solutions.
