Experience Required: Minimum 7 to 12 Years in HR / Manpower Supply
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (HR, Business, or related); MBA Preferred
Language: English & Arabic fluency mandatory
Sectors Served: Oil & Gas, Utilities, Petrochemicals, Mining, Industrial, and Medical / Healthcare
