The Business Development Manager will play a key role in delivering the Recruitment and Marketing Strategy. The role is responsible for maximizing student enrolment by developing and managing relationships with governmental authorities, ministries, and corporate clients, while also supporting marketing and promotional initiatives.

The post holder will:

• Proactively engage with corporate clients to establish Prime Strategic Partnerships that contribute to student enrolments and create career opportunities such as internships and placements.
• Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to ensure marketing activities are creative, impactful, and aligned with brand standards.
• Deputize for the Head of Recruitment and Student Services when required.
• Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, during peak recruitment periods and events.
