Job Description
- You drive the development, piloting, validation and scaling of strategies for global business development for your assigned business model and region.
- You define and prioritize target markets, quantify business potential (e.g. addressable market, revenue, contribution margin) and derive clear KPIs.
- You generate demand by communicating the customer benefits of MR’s offering to partner networks and target customers, including specification and lobbying activities, especially in new energy segments, e.g. renewables, data centers, battery storage, as well as advanced applications like HVDC systems, phase shifting transformers, shunt reactors, and other emerging technologies.
- You collaborate with existing Sales network to acquire pilot projects and flagship customers and provide guidance to achieve business goals.
