Job Description
Main responsibilities and tasks
- Manage and partner with distributor On-Trade sales team to deliver commercial objectives for PRG Brands and gain share of market.
- Support the development & implementation of Dubai On Trade commercial strategy via negotiation influence and relationship building with key stakeholders.
- Proactively search and find new business opportunities in Dubai On Trade that align to the companys commercial and brand strategy objectives.
- Support the creation of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the market with SMART KPIs as well as negotiating the RPVA Trade Marketing plans with each On Trade account in partnership with the Trade Marketing team.
- Support the implementation of RPVA plans per customer to ensure flawless execution.
- Reach sales targets and defined sales KPIs.
