SSAI is seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Department of Defense (DoD) and defense sector. This role is focused on driving new business growth—not operations management. We are looking for a proven, high-performing sales professional who can identify, pursue, and win new opportunities, expand market presence, and directly contribute to revenue growth.

This is an onsite role based in Lanham, MD.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and execute business development and sales strategies targeting DoD and defense-related agencies
