Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Sell end-to-end freight forwarding and logistics solutions
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and pricing solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
- 4-8+ years experience in Clearing & Forwarding / Logistics sales
- Proven track record in new business development
- Strong understanding of international freight (air, sea, road)
- Ability to close deals and grow key accounts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
