Role Overview
This is a high-impact, hunter-oriented sales role for someone who is deeply embedded in Indonesia's banking and fintech ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth in Indonesia β from pipeline building and CXO-level relationship management to deal closure and post-sale expansion. You need to be street smart, culturally fluent, and commercially aggressive, with a strong grasp of how lenders think about collections, NPAs, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Revenue Growth
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Indonesia β from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of banks, NBFCs, multifinance companies, P2P lenders, and digital lending platforms
