Job Summary

Vueverse is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in IT staffing and staff augmentation sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client acquisition, account growth, and closing staffing deals across IT and emerging technologies. Experience in Life Sciences staffing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development for IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across IT and Life Sciences domains.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
