• Solicit new commercial property loan opportunities through building strong referrals from channels such as property agents and brokers.
• Understand the business life cycle of small businesses to help them expand their reach and provide prudent financial solutions to support growth.
• Demonstrate good credit acumen with the ability to mitigate financing risk to ensure robustness of our credit portfolio.
• Collaborate cross‑team with internal and external stakeholders to nurture and grow new business and partnership opportunities.

• Degree holder with 1‑2 years of credit and sales experience covering local SMEs (preferred).
