At Hempel we protect assets, people and infrastructure where it matters most. As part of our Infrastructure segment we are looking for a Business Development Manager – CPFP to lead and grow our Cellulosic Passive Fire Protection business across the Middle East.

This role combines leadership, strategic selling and hands‑on market engagement in a highly specialized technical environment where you will influence markets, customers and teams across KSA, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Egypt.

This role can be based in Saudi Arabia, Qatar or Sharjah and will report into the Sales Director Middle East Energy and Infrastructure.

• Lead and drive the regional commercial strategy for CPFP across multiple Middle East markets
