Job Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, Linked In, and email outreach
Build relationships with staffing firms and direct clients
Schedule meetings and drive client conversations independently
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Coordinate with recruitment teams for requirement understanding and delivery
Manage end-to-end business development activities
