Responsibilities:

1. KOL Acquisition & Management: Identify, recruit, and maintain partnerships with key influencers (KOLs) to expand iQIYI’s TikTok presence. Strengthen relationships with existing KOLs to improve retention and performance.
2. Campaign Performance & Data Analysis: Track and analyze TikTok views, engagement, and influencer performance to optimize content strategy. Leverage data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize audience growth.
3. TikTok Platform Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Maintain strong connections with TikTok to resolve account-related issues and ensure smooth operations. Identify and capitalize on TikTok promotional opportunities (e.g. trending hashtags, feature placements).
