Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and build strong, lasting relationships with qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, Western medical doctors with an interest in integrative medicine, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Strategically identify, assess, and engage potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influential medical experts within the TCM and conventional healthcare communities. Develop and implement strategies to establish long-term partnerships with these KOLs.
- Promote the value proposition of working in Gushengtang TCM to potential physicians - highlighting clinic infrastructure, patient flow, administrative support, professional development opportunities, and the collaborative environment.
