Business Development Executive (Recruitment Agency)

Please note only candidates with previous experience working with Recruitment Agencies will be considered for this role. The role is target based and the candidate must have a proven track record. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who possesses experience in the field of recruitment and HR consultancy. Must have effective communication and negotiation skills and should be currently residing in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and acquire clients on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms, etc.
• Search the labor market and identify potential clients.
• Conduct introductory meetings with corporates in order to secure businesses.
