**Job Title:** Business Development Director

**Location:** Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

**Pay Range:** $130,000 - $140,000

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Senior Business Development Director will lead the business development efforts of the organization. The Director will collaborate with the Executive Team and other leadership to develop and implement strategy and ensure the achievement of strategic business development goals and successful implementation of related initiatives. The Director will support existing business as well as developing new business. The Director will also oversee fundraising activities and non-Governmental giving and support.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:** Bachelor's degree (master’s preferred) in a relevant field, plus 10 years of progressive experience in nonprofit social services/healthcare

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
