Business Development Director Roles, Responsibilities, & Expectations Role: The Business Development Director drives Cornerstone expansion through new client acquisition and proactive, outbound sales activities. This person will partner with inside sales to develop quotes, maintain positive customer relationships, prospect and qualify new leads, and proactively solicit new business development opportunities. Acting as a direct company representative in the market, this individual will always portray Cornerstone values and will operate with integrity in the marketplace and at industry events. Responsibilities: Operate within an EOS environment and have the passion to collaborate with others as well as function as a self-starter. Perform at all stages of the sales process, including cold outreach, prospecting, market research, negotiation, and closing.
