Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with HR and Compensation & Benefits stakeholders in Vietnam
  • Engage clients through conversations to understand their business context and workforce priorities
  • Support client discussions by asking relevant questions to clarify needs and challenges

    • Business Development & Opportunity Support

  • Take lead initiative in business development activities for WTW’s compensation survey and rewards solutions to grow the number of participants actively in targeted industries
  • Develop understanding of client needs and identify potential areas where WTW W&R solutions may be relevant to translate into opportunities for project work
  • Lead and accountable for follow-up on opportunities and maintaining client engagement to ensure retention and roll-over ease from competitor surveys in Vietnam
