Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our US-based pharmacy services through strategic prospecting and institutional client acquisition. Your primary focus will be conducting outbound outreach to long-term care facilities, nursing homes, assisted living communities, and similar entities to schedule qualified appointments and consultations for our US-based sales teams.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9:00 PM- 6:00 AM, Onsite
Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation
+ Conduct targeted market research to identify potential long-term care facilities, nursing homes, and senior living communities.
+ Utilize various outbound channels, primarily cold calling, to generate leads and build a robust institutional sales pipeline.
