Role Focus: Front-end Sourcing, Ice-breaking, and Direct Lead Handover

【Key Responsibilities】

• Global Lead Sourcing: Proactively identify and scout cryptocurrency-related KOLs, community leaders, and market analysts globally using platforms like Twitter (X), YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Initial Outreach (Ice-breaking): Execute high-frequency outreach via DMs, emails, and community engagement. Present our basic exchange value proposition and warm up the contact.
• Intent Confirmation: Filter leads based on quality and engagement. Successfully confirm whether the KOL is interested in a partnership and gather their preliminary requirements.
