Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Assistant to join our Melbourne office on a full-time basis.
As Business Development Assistant, you will support the APAC Business Development, Marketing and Communications team in delivering strategic initiatives that drive client growth and brand visibility. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a variety of projects and collaborate with stakeholders across Australia and the wider APAC region.

Main duties will include:

  • Marketing & Events:Coordinate and support firm events and webinarsAssist in creating marketing materials and promotional contentManage EDM campaigns 
  • Bids & Proposals:Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and capability statementsSource and collate firm credentials, team CVs, and relevant experienceSupport bid tracking and reporting across the APAC region
