Job Description

Your responsibilities as Business Controlling Director

  • Strategic ownership in a complex environment going through transformation , P&L accountability, strong influence on business direction
  • Maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective while ensuring attention to critical details when needed
  • Report to Financial planning & controlling Tribe Lead
  • Strategic and execution-oriented leader
  • Strong communication, writing and presentation skills; this person will interface with executives and tribe leads across the organization
  • Able to create narrative surroundings financials results
  • Lead the automation and transformation agenda, streamlining processes and elevating the function toward higher-value, insight-driven analysis
  • Stakeholder management towards the business in matrix structure (both from a vertical and horizontal perspective), other team managers within the tribe and any other Finance & Strategy colleagues...
