Business Controller Royalties - Music Industry - Brussels

As Junior/Medior Controller, you will support the financial management of royalties and related rights across a broad portfolio of contracts and partners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining royalty data and contracts (artists, licences, joint ventures, compilations)


• Preparing, reviewing and analysing royalty statements and reconciliations


• Supporting monthly closings and contributing to royalty-related reporting and analysis


• Participating to the budgets and forecasts as well as the variances analyzes


• Assisting with copyright and neighbouring rights processes, including compliance and audits


• Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners on financial queries


• Contributing to process improvements and cross-functional finance projects.
