Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload

• Lead the consolidation of financial results across multiple subsidiaries, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Perform intercompany eliminations, top-side adjustments, and reconciliation of consolidated balances
• Deliver the preparation of assigned sections in the financial statements papers and proper documentation to support filings with the SEC
