We are looking for a Business Change Consulting Manager in this role, you’ll join our team within Aerospace, Defence and Security, where we focus on delivering high‑impact digital transformation for central government clients. You’ll shape and lead business change strategies across large‑scale ERP, MES and PLM programmes, helping our clients achieve real operational results. You’ll also play a key part in developing our team, mentoring others, sharing expertise and supporting a collaborative, people‑centred culture.

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to be onsite 2/3 days week to your closest location of either Bristol, Manchester or Chester.
