In this role as a Business Consultant , you will be the strategic business partner for our Professional Products Division's L'Oréal Professionnel and Kérastase salon network. Based in Aucklandyou will report to the Regional Manager, drive business growth, and empower our partners to succeed.

• Drive Sales & Growth: You will achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing and growing an established client base while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: By fostering strong relationships, you will add value to our partners' businesses, assisting their growth through professional marketing support and presenting new promotional activities.
• Manage Your Territory: You will work autonomously to cover Auckland - North Shore & East Auckland & Whangarei and use our CRM system for effective administration and reporting.
